Christmas what is it all about????

Christmas…  that is what it is all about; Christ, the birth of, the life of, and HIS death and resurrection. You see the greatest gift ever received was the gift that our Father in heaven gave us when He sent His son, Jesus, to live here for a short time among the common people. Jesus is the king of kings, but He did not come here as royalty, He came as a common man so that we are able to see that we, even as common men, can receive the greatest gift, the gift of eternal life.  It is an easy gift to get and best of all once you receive the gift, you can share it with everyone, for free. All you have to do to receive this gift is ask God to forgive you of your sin and confess with your mouth that you believe with all your heart, that Jesus (the Christ child that was born this day in the city of David), came to this earth, lived, and died for all of your sin, and on the third day, arose from the grave and now is in Heaven with the Father. You see, the real reason for the season is, Christ Jesus and the gift He gave all of us when He came as a baby born to a virgin and died for us so that we can have eternal life…………..at least that is what it is to me and my family. Our Christmas wish for you is, that if you do not have a personal relationship with Christ, is that you will have one before it is too late. God does not promise that we will have next year, next month, next week , or even our next breath. Don’t wait to accept your Christmas gift!
